We’re an artist-led, woman-owned, eco-conscious, sweatshop-free & cruelty-free art, fashion, and lifestyle brand inspired by American ideals such as dignity, liberty, and autonomy. We are committed to promoting the ethical treatment of human beings, particularly women, through our Phenomenally Female™ line. Our brand name was inspired by New York City’s iconic Statue of Liberty, a globally recognized cultural symbol of enduring American values. Our merchandise is produced through partners committed to ethical and responsible labor practices, with policies designed to prevent forced labor, human trafficking, and modern slavery in accordance with applicable laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Women’s and Men’s sections are named Witches and Wizards in honor of those accused of “witchcraft” and heresy throughout history. This naming commemorates them and symbolizes their strength, resilience, courage, and sacrifice. It also reflects our own commitment to the foundational American ideal of freedom of speech. Because we print items on demand, we partner with established brands to source our blank products, so some items may feature another company’s label. As each piece is designed with care, purpose, and intention, we hope you enjoy our merchandise.
