We print items on demand so the products you receive from us are hot off the press! For this reason, you might notice that a new shirt or hoodie has a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. That’s normal and it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process. This fixation agent is used for direct-to-garment printing and helps the ink bond with the fabric; without it, the ink could flake off the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell are permanent and both should go away after one wash.
